The iFTI has coordinated with our educational partner, ClickSafety, to address recent reports of the error affecting the OSHA 10 course: “Error from Portal API: Course does not exist in the Company Library”.
After review, ClickSafety determined that the issue relates to the course version. A new version has been uploaded in the LMS as of October 2, 2026 and resolved the error.

An error has been reported for the OSHA 10 course: “Error from Portal API: Course does not exist in the Company Library”
The iFTI is currently working with our educational partner, Click Safety (provider of our online OSHA classes) to resolve the issue. During this time, members will not have access to the course or be able to complete their progress in the course. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this interruption. We will update this alert as soon as the issue is resolved.
