Two Cohorts Per Year:
-Initial two-day class at the iFTI in Hanover, MD to develop proposal
-Develop an instructional plan for the chosen course topic including objectives, lessons, guides, and other class materials. (4-month period with advisor check-ins)
-Create a presentation on the capstone project.
-Present the project including sample materials to advisors, DOTs and other invited guests -at the iFTI in Hanover, MD.
-Receive the Master Instructor Certificate and special gift from the class advisors and the iFTI Director of Curriculum at an awards reception.
-Attend a special dinner celebration with iFTI staff, Master Instructors, and special guests.

-Earn the esteemed role of an iFTI Master Instructor; also helps the iFTI build capacity for instructors at the iFTI.
