The Training 2025 Conference & Expo, held from February 17 to 19 at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida, brought together learning and development professionals from a variety of locations. Produced by Training magazine, the conference offered the opportunity to try out skill-building content, covering areas such as train-the-trainer essentials, behavioral analytics, gamification for learning, leadership development, current lms technologies, and elearning. Other highlights included workshops demonstrating the utilization of AI skills such as choosing the best large language models (LLM), prompt building, building a chatbot, applying AI to daily workflows, and best use of AI to enhance training and development.

In addition, the conference provided ample networking opportunities, allowing professionals to connect, share experiences, and gain insights from peers across various industries, and attendees praised the event for its immediate applicability to their roles. The breakout sessions provided instructional designers, training leaders, and specialists with practical insights and strategies that could be implemented upon their return home.
