iFTI Master Instructor Capstone Program Graduates

The iFTI resumed the Master Instructor Capstone class in December 2023 with 6 instructors participating leading to 4 graduates in April 2024. The class is a culminating project that requires the development of a full instructional plan on a relevant training topic of their choice. The program runs for about one full semester and much of the work is done independently with the support and guidance of the Capstone instructors/advisors. Students return to Hanover after the 16 weeks to present their course materials and an overview of their experience in the project to the class and other guests, such as the COE Advisory Committee members. The iFTI will offer this class twice per year to group of eligible instructors.

The Master Instructor candidates have dedicated numerous hours gathering, organizing, and creating content and materials to develop a unit of instruction that fulfills an identified need. These culminating projects allowed the candidates to display the lessons in instructional design and teaching techniques learned throughout the iFTI Associate and Master Instructor programs.

We commend the following iFTI Capstone completers on their hard work and achievements and recognize the support and guidance provided by their peers, advisors and Directors of Training throughout their Capstone experience.
