Expected Release of Permanent Fix – Friday, Sept. 11
Members are reporting an error message when logging into the Click Safety’s OSHA 30 online. The message reads, in part, “Error from Portal API…” This has been reported to Click Safety and programmers are working to correct it. They offer these suggested (temporary) workarounds:
- Tap the F5 key when the error message appears or refresh the error message page. That will have to be done each time the course is launched from the LMS.
- Mobile browsers will either have a menu on the top right that has a reload screen or on chrome may have a reload icon to the right of the web address. This is a different issue from what is being fixed in courses and these steps are a temporary work around until our development team is able to release the permanent fix.
