QUERY TIMEOUT EXPIRED
Issue/Error: Query Timeout Expired
Scenario: LMS Admin uploads completions using Admin Menu>Import Activity Data
Explanation: The system did not provide correct ‘Upload Successful’ message.
Fix: Check if the completions were uploaded. Search one member transcript. Go to Admin Menu>Users>Search Member ID>Transcript. If the completion is found, the file was uploaded. If no completion is found, re-upload the same text file.
NULL VALUE
Issue/Error: Warning: Null value is eliminated by an aggregate or other SET operation.
Scenario: LMS Admin uploads completions using Admin Menu>Import Activity Data
Explanation: Null error is a tech warning that NULL values are being ignored during aggregate functions (like SUM, AVG, etc).
Fix: Check if the completions were uploaded. Search one member transcript. Go to Admin Menu>Users>Search Member ID>Transcript. If the completion is found, the file was uploaded. If no completion is found, re-upload the same text file.
