The iFTI is excited to announce two new iFTI Master Instructors! Our graduates dedicated countless hours to developing comprehensive units of instruction that address industry and member needs. These projects showcase the instructional design and teaching techniques mastered throughout the iFTI Associate and Master Instructor programs.
We commend these achievers and thank the peers, advisors, and Directors of Training who provided guidance throughout the process.
By applying instructional design principles to real-world topics, these projects create effective learning experiences that improve member knowledge and performance.
The iFTI Master Instructor Capstone class was led by iFTI Instructors/Advisors Alice Gwinn and Lisa Berlin of the iFTI Curriculum Department with support from the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Tom Pfundstein.

Since 2019, the iFTI has graduated 17 instructors in the iFTI Master Instructor Program. The Capstone project is self-paced and pulls the lessons learned from the Teaching Techniques courses and other train-the-trainer courses taken at the International Training Center in Hanover.
