Since 2019, the iFTI has graduated 17 instructors in the iFTI Master Instructor Program. The Capsone project is self-paced and pulls the lessons learned from the Teaching Techniques courses and other train-the-trainer courses taken at the International Training Center in Hanover. When you enroll in the Capstone Program, we will help you bring your instructional design skills to life through a hands-on, real-world project. As a participant, you’ll be fully supported by experienced instructors who serve as dedicated advisors. We offer personalized guidance and expert insight every step of the way. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident, prepared, and empowered to succeed in every phase of your Capstone journey and beyond.
