iFTI Master Instructor Summer 2025 Cohort
We are pleased to announce the iFTI’s newest summer cohort of Master Instructor Candidates as they begin their Capstone experience. Five candidates attended the initial two-day class at iFTI in Hanover, and over the next four months will design and develop a comprehensive instructional unit aligned with their approved Capstone topic proposal and Instructional Plan.
Throughout the development phase, Capstone Advisors Lisa Berlin and Alice Gwinn will conduct scheduled virtual class check-ins and also provide individual support and feedback with candidates to assist with questions and help to refine their materials and stay on track for success. In October, candidates will return to iFTI to present their completed Capstone Projects to a panel that includes the Advisors, Director of Curriculum, and other invited guests. We look forward to the innovative ideas and instructional leadership this group will contribute to the iFTI’s learning community.
