The iFTI’s Glazier Curriculum Committee has been hard at work researching, refreshing, and updating each of the Glazing program’s 46+ courses. This comprehensive overview ensures that iFTI instructors are equipped with the most up-to-date information, new class activities and engagement ideas. Working alongside instructional designers, the committee is expanding training modules by integrating modern tools, processes, and safety regulations, including new photos, short videos, animations and interactive elements to keep learners engaged.
The Glazing committee will continue to collaborate through several iterations of each course review, to bring these courses to their final, polished form. Ultimately, this vital review process ensures our instructors stay ahead of industry trends and that IUPAT Glazing apprentices and journeypersons receive cutting-edge training needed to bring high level craftsmanship to our contractor’s job sites.
