A transcript is a detailed record of your completions and certifications that have been automatically generated through the completion of LMS online courses and the uploads of classroom training by your DC LMS administrator.
As a student in the LMS, you can access your transcript through the:
- LMS>My Account>My Transcript – This page contains a detailed record of your certifications and completions including lesson completions and quiz scores, if available. Some courses may list multiple entries if two or more online lessons are tagged to the course. However, this does not translate to duplicate completions or course credits. The system considers this as a single course/credit.
- IUPAT app>My Member Options>My Certifications or My Course Completions – Your LMS transcript is automatically sent to the app. To view the screenshots, check this LMS Help article.
