The Steward Training program is currently being delivered as a train-the-trainer course, helping build instructors who can deliver the training in the local training center.
It’s been a positive experience and continues to improve with updates based on feedback and observations from course delivery in several district councils. One of the biggest strengths is the instructors, who bring real-world knowledge and experience to each train-the-trainer. Overall, it’s helping develop stronger, more confident stewards who are ready to represent their members.
