iFTI Master Instructor Capstone Graduates – Nov 2024

In November, 2024, six iFTI instructors successfully completed their Capstone project. Over the course of approximately 16 weeks, these instructors dedicated countless hours to developing a unit of instruction that addresses a critical knowledge or skills gap on the job. They gathered, organized, and created learning content, assessments, and supporting materials, incorporating their creativity and unique teaching styles alongside the instructional design principles and teaching techniques learned through the COE-accredited iFTI Associate and Master Instructor programs.

The iFTI Master Instructor Capstone class was led by iFTI Instructor/Advisors Alice Gwinn and Lisa Berlin from the iFTI Curriculum Department, with full support from Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Dr. Tom Pfundstein.

We congratulate the following iFTI Capstone graduates for their hard work and accomplishments, and we thank their peers, advisors, and Directors of Training for their ongoing support throughout the Capstone process. The completion of Capstone projects showcases the application of instructional design principles to create engaging, effective learning experiences that enhance member performance and productivity.
