The FTI Master Instructor Capstone is the final course an instructor will take prior to being awarded an i FTI Master Instructor program completion. The Master Instructor Capstone course requires further analysis of a training topic impacting the Finishing Trades industries. Throughout the course, you will be supported by the Capstone instructors and peers. Topic selection and project guidelines will be provided in an initial three-day seminar at the iFTI in Hanover, Maryland. Students will be mentored virtually by the Capstone instructor and will culminate in a two-day showcase of project presentations. The Master Instructor program will be evaluated by the iFTI Capstone Committee. The Capstone course must be completed in a 12-month period. FTI 9999C FTI Master Instructor Capstone is awarded after successful completion of the Capstone course (Certification Period: 48 months).
