The overall theme of the leadership series is Tackling Leadership in a New Way. The purpose of this training is to raise the level of excellence in leadership for our future. There are four (4) unique sessions offered at the FTI in Hanover, MD. Listed below are the topics.
Session #1: Adaptive Leadership aligns with Effectiveness, The Influence FactorLeadership Matures over Time, Leaders Plot the Course, Leaders Advance the Vision through Mentoring, Leaders are Learners, Durable Leaders seek cues from stronger leaders, and Communication skills development Introduction
Session #2: Leaders Constantly Assess Performance, Charismatic Leaders Attract Enthusiastic followers Leaders Have an H3 Ability Head -Heart – Hand Approach, Leaders surround themselves with initiators, Leaders recognize their role as mentor phase 2, and Only Secure Leaders Know How to Parcel Power Communication skills development
Session # 3: Leaders are KAV Quick Studies Kinesthetic, Auditory & Visual, Leaders Grasp and Project the Vision, Leaders want the team to Triumph, Constant Improvement is a Leader’s Best Friend Constant Improvement provide teachable mentoring moments phase 3, Leaders know the difference between efficient and effective, and Communication skills development part 3

Prerequisite: FTI 1215 Leadership TTT (3 of 4)
ENROLL NOW: Ask your DoT to complete the DOT Request – Training Registration Form. You can fill out the Instructor/Coordinator Training Registration Form but the request will be forwarded to your DOT for approval.
