The course details how to recognize harassing behaviors and what factors should be considered when determining whether behavior rises to the level of sexual harassment. Sexual Harassment in the Workplace also provides an overview of employer liability according to EEOC guidelines. Additionally, the course provides actions to prevent or stop sexual harassment.
