Two classes were conducted for iFTI instructors in May and June with real-world applications of ergonomic principles tailored to the finishing trades. The course aims to raise awareness and equip workers with strategies to reduce strain, prevent injury, and promote long-term health and safety on the job. With a focus on daily work practices, participants learn to identify ergonomic risk factors and implement control methods based on the latest industry guidance.
