This course prepares IUPAT servicing reps and organizers to conduct effective in-person meetings with non-union contractors both inside and outside the content of organizing. Participants review communication strategies and practice relationship building through one-on-one conversation. The exponential growth of Facebook\, as well as other digital communications platforms\, demonstrates how communication has changed and expanded in the past few years.
