DESCRIPTION:40 Hours \nThis course is designed to help the participant to communicate better with customers. Whether person-to-person\, a brochure\, a website\, or any other medium\, your customer communications play a vital role in the success of Top-Down Organizing. We have set up an immense amount of information\, resources\, and templates to help you improve your customer communication and the overall image of the IUPAT. You will understand the Top-Down Organizing process while setting your goals and objectives and developing a new business plan for your District Council. This class is an off-site class being taught at a District Council where there is an ongoing Top-Down Organizing campaign. \nPrerequisite: Leadership Series Completion or a minimum of 4 Core Leadership Series Courses \nENROLL NOW: Ask your DoT to complete the DOT Request – Training Registration Form. You can fill out the Instructor/Coordinator Training Registration Form but the request will be forwarded to your DOT for approval.
