DESCRIPTION:32 Hours \nThis 40-hour course for company trainers wishing to provide in-house employee training. Rigging\, Forklift\, & Aerial/Scissor Lifts Trainer programs includes: how to bean effective trainer\, classroom presentation\, applying the written exam\, evaluating competency\, and the required paperwork and record keeping. Each course will address laws and regulations\, stability principles\, pre-operational inspection procedures\, safe operating practices\, and evaluating competency. The Rigging course will also cover most types of slings and basic rigging hardware as well as the principles\, practices and techniques of basic rigging. In conclusion the course also provides additional class teach-backs and a practical hands-on training for inspection\, selection and basic safe rigging techniques (Certification Period: 36 months). \nMember Card Abbreviation: OVERTON Rigging and Signaling \nPrerequisite: None \nENROLL NOW: Ask your DoT to complete the DOT Request – Training Registration Form.
